The Copper Ball, on June 5th, was a huge success. Held in the Calle Indepencia at Tlaquepaque, 300 happy guests enjoyed cocktails and dinner provided by Heartline Cafe. This was the 8th annual Copper Ball. The event raises money for programs for the Verde Valley Hospital in Cottonwood, and this year's event benefited the Fit Kids program, Michele Obama's project to fight juvenile obesity. We were honored to be a part of this special evening. The theme was copper pennies, so when the sun went down the tables glowed with giant lit wine glasses, filled with water pearls and hundreds of copper pennies, suspended among the bubbles.Wednesday, June 9, 2010
